Luxemburg Bancshares Inc., parent company of Bank of Luxemburg, has announced that on May 2, 2017, the company declared a semi-annual cash dividend of $0.60 per share, to shareholders of record as of June 1, 2017, payable on June 15, 2017. The current dividend is an increase of $0.02, compared to the December 2016 dividend of $0.58 per share paid on Dec. 15, 2016.

As the new holding company president, Tim Treml said the presidential transition has been seamless.
