(News release from Kewaunee Public Library)

This holiday season, please consider helping out your community by donating the gift of reading. Kewaunee Public Library’s annual “Give the Gift of Reading” campaign is kicking off, and you can make a difference in a local child’s life by donating new, unwrapped books. We are looking for a wide age range of books for babies and preschoolers through teen, but if you would rather make a cash donation, we would be more than happy to select and purchase the books. As Dr. Seuss said, “The more you read, the more things you will know. The more you learn, the more places you’ll go.” By donating a book, you are giving the children of this community opportunities to explore and learn through literature.

Book donations can be brought to the Kewaunee Public Library, 822 Juneau St., Kewaunee, until Dec. 14.
