Luxemburg Speedway organizers have postponed the practice night that had been scheduled for this Friday.
“The track is just too wet,” the Speedway posted on Facebook Wednesday night.
The opening event of the stock car racing season will now be a practice night from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, April 21. The evening will include all dirt cars and free grandstand admission.
Practice Night pit fees are $20 for drivers and $10 for crew.
The raceway at the Kewaunee County Fairground launches its 2017 season April 28, featuring a special Bumper to Bumper IRA Sprints and Battle at the Bay night.
The regular racing program will consist of IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Northern Sport Mods, IMCA Stock Cars, IMCA Sport Compacts and Street Stocks.

The weekly routine will see the pits opening at 4:15 p.m. Friday, the grandstands open at 5 p.m., and racing begins at 7 p.m.
Admission price are adult $12, teen (13-17) $8, and senior $10. A pit pass costs $25.
