Members of the Kewaunee County Sheriff’s Department and Kewaunee City Police Department got out of the squad cars Thursday and biked from the Oneida Police Department to the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point for Special Olympics Wisconsin.

The two agencies helped raise over $2,000 for Special Olympics Wisconsin. “Keep up the great work and thank you everyone for your generous donations!” they posted on the sheriff’s department Facebook page.

Law enforcement officers from all over the state took part in the annual fundraiser, starting from locations north, south, east and west.
