The National Weather Service says Northeast Wisconsin could be hit by a mixture of snow and freezing rain early Friday before the precipitation turns to all rain Friday afternoon.

The Green Bay NWS office says:

Snow will move into the area tonight and may mix with, or change
to, freezing rain toward daybreak. A change to rain is expected
as temperatures warm up Friday morning. The heaviest precipitation
is forecast to occur from around midnight through early Friday
morning. Storm total snowfall should be mostly in the 0.5 to 1.5
inch range. A minor ice accumulation is possible due to the
freezing rain.

Roads may become slippery once the precipitation begins. Use extra
caution when driving. Slow down and allow plenty of distance
between you and the vehicle ahead of you.
