For people who would like to give the gift of art this season, James May North in Algoma is hosting a Makers Fair on Black Friday and Small Business Saturday.

Shoppers can expect to find high-quality, affordable products from talented regional makers at this one-of-a-kind event that is expected to fill over 3,000 square feet of space.

The Makers Fair is scheduled for 5-8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 29, and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 30, at James May North, 219 State St.

Participating artists include Lydia Anderson, Cristian Andersson, Paula DeStafanis, Jimmy Eddings, McKenna Ihde, Perry Junkerman, Pete Kornowski, Margaret Magle, Sam Thompson, Wendi Turchan, Liz Vukelich, Paula Wendland and Lisa Wicka.
