A half-dozen resolutions are due before the Algoma City Council when aldermen meet for their regular monthly meeting Monday evening.
The council will consider authorizing a loan to the Algoma Long Term Care Center for $44,124.54 for payment of the October 2017 health insurance premium.
A second resolution would authorize the City of Algoma Utilities to voluntarily contribute $4,578 to the American Transmission Company for additional capital needs.
The council will consider hiring Cedar Corp. to provide engineering services for constructing a second sanitary sewer line crossing under Ahnapee River.
They will review a proposal from Strand Associates to provide engineering services for a Dissipative Cooling Evaluation Report.
They will consider approving a UV System Contract Change Order with Reeke-Marold Co. Inc. for UV Room Lighting Modifications.
And they will consider granting authority for CTI to place an obstruction (flower pots) within the right-of-way on the sidewalk at 507 Navarino St. in Algoma.
The Algoma City Council meets at 6 p.m. Monday at City Hall, 416 Fremont St.
