Kewaunee County Emergency Management is inviting residents to properly dispose of unwanted agricultural and household hazardous waste as well as medications, opioids, sharps and more during their 2019 Clean Sweep collection.

The event is scheduled for 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Friday, May 10, at the Riverview Transfer Station, E3726 County Road L, the former Kewaunee County Landfill.

This free service for residents is made possible with grants received from the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection, as well as funding from Kewaunee County Families and Communities Encouraging Success (F.A.C.E.S.).

Residents interested in participating are asked to pre-register with Kewaunee County Emergency Management before Friday, May 3, over the phone, online or via mail:
