In a decision intended to improve service to Kewaunee residents, the City Council has expanded building inspection, property maintenance, and zoning administration services.

Building Inspector Mike Angoli will be working four days, 32 hours a week, Monday through Thursday. He can be reached at City Hall at 920-388-5000 or by cell phone at 920-255-1770, or by email at

Angoli will have expanded “Walk-In” hours to better serve the general public, commencing on Jan. 15. Those hours will be noon-1:15 p.m. Mondays, 10 a.m.-noon Wednesdays, and 3-4 p.m. Thursdays.

People can also call Angoli and schedule a time to meet with him outside of these walk-in hours.

Angoli has also been designated as the city’s zoning administrator. He will work with the city administrator in a coordinated fashion on zoning and plan review items that go before the Council, Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals.
