GreenStone Farm Credit Services is once again awarding up to $40,000 to incoming college freshman who are interested in studying agriculture or an agriculture-related field. Applications are now being accepted and the deadline to apply is Feb. 29.
Students planning on attending a four-year program are eligible for a $2,000 scholarship, and students planning on attending a two-year program are eligible for a $1,000 scholarship. To qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
- Applicants must reside within GreenStone’s territory (Michigan and northeast Wisconsin)
- Must be a full-time high school graduating senior
- Have at least a 3.0 grade point average
- Plan to study an agriculture-related field
Completed scholarship applications must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org by Feb. 29, 2020, or postmarked no later than February 29, 2020, to:
