The Kewaunee County Board is scheduled to meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the County Administration Center, 810 Lincoln St., Kewaunee.

Among other matters on the agenda, supervisors are scheduled to vote on nine resolutions:

+ Confirmation of tax deed sales for two parcels in the city of Algoma;

+ A schedule of the fines for violations of county ordinance;

+ Authorizing the sale of Sheriff’s Department surplus property including abandoned and unclaimed evidence, with other county departments given an opportunity to acquire items before the rest is sold;

+ Ordering an assessor’s plat for about a dozen parcels along East Alaska Lake along County Road D in the town of Pierce;

+ Supporting legislative efforts to close commercial property assessment loopholes similar to a law passed in Michigan last year;

+ Approving pay plan related policies;

+ Approving a $12,500 Revolving Loan Fund application for L Salon LLC to purchase salon-related equipment, tanning bed, and remodeling of retail space;

+ Authorizing an application for, and acceptance of, financial assistance for 2017-18 rehabilitation projects over the county’s 176.3 miles of state-funded snowmobile trail and the 20-mile ATV trail at Riverview ATV Park; and

+ Approving a transfer of budget funds to allow for the purchase of a “Magic Carpet” ski lift upgrade at Winter Park for $109,760, with the Winter Park Association reimbursing the county in full over five years.

The board is also expecting to hear annual reports from county Zoning Administrator Glenn Selner and Family Court Commissioner William Wolske.
