The Roar Off the Shore has been silenced for one year.

The Kewaunee and Dyckesville Lions Clubs announced this week that the annual food and beverage tasting event, scheduled for Saturday (March 28) and postponed on March 13, would be canceled for 2020 because of the ongoing COVID-19 concerns.

The clubs posted the announcement on social media:

The Kewaunee and Dyckesville Lions Clubs would like to thank you for your support of Roar Off The Shore.

Originally postponed, the event scheduled for March 28, 2020, has now been canceled.

Refunds are being issued for all ticket purchases in the following manner:

1) If you purchased tickets on-line via Brown Paper Tickets, a refund will automatically be issued to the same payment method used to purchase the tickets. You do not have to do anything to request a refund. You will get an email similar to the one received when the event was originally postponed.

2) If you purchased tickets from one of our in-person vendors, you must mail your tickets with the completed the form located on our website:

The deadline to request a refund is May 15, 2020.
