The man accused of holding up a Luxemburg convenience store at gunpoint waived his right to a preliminary hearing Friday (March 1) in Kewaunee County Circuit Court.

Jaccob Pate, 25, of Green Bay was immediately arraigned on a charge of armed robbery and pleaded not guilty. Judge Keith A. Mehn scheduled a pre-trial conference for May 9.

The criminal complaint says Pate held up Main Street Crossing at gunpoint just before 5 a.m. Jan. 8.

Brown County authorities have also charged Pate with hold-ups at Superior Discount Liquor, Dino Stop Shell and Pit Row Shell in Green Bay, which occurred over 21 hours Jan. 7-8. He was arraigned on those charges Feb. 4 and is due back in Brown County Circuit Court on April 16.
